I ordered 3 bracelets, two (16cm length) and one (20.5cm length) when I placed the order for the two (16cm) it put them together into one order, so there was only one message box to write down. I messaged my concerns to the seller before placing the order, typed in what I wanted engrave for each of the braclets but unfortunately when I recieved them one of them had both names. That was a bummer, then the clasp for the (21.5cm) bracelet came in broken. Aside from that, I really like the quality of the braclets, the size, the chain design and that it's adjustable. I will re-do the order hopefully they get it right the second time around because I am obsessed with how they look in person and look on the wrist.
